SUBURBICA. HISTORY OF AMERICA’S SUBURBAN SPRAWL EXPERIMENT

Since Post WW2/1920’s the United States has used the method of Suburban Sprawl and Single-Use Zoning to develop in a way that has had massive negative socioeconomic and social consequences to the American people. In the following letter and attached exhibits, I am going to identify Suburban Sprawl and its catastrophic negative consequences, and lay out a clear action plan to a solution for America- building Low Rise Mixed Use Walkable Communities.
